Join us for the Halloween Spooktacular with your Capitol View, Capitol View Manor and Sylvan Hills neighbors.

The Capitol View Yard of the Month for October will recognize the homes that reflect a ghoulish Halloween theme. Capitol View, Capitol View Manor, and Sylvan Hills have joined together for a friendly competition to see who can create the “scariest” and most fun-filled Halloween.

We have a House Decoration Competition with a $200 prize attached. The winner will be selected from a final “top three” (one from each neighborhood: Sylvan Hills, Capitol View, and Capitol View Manor) Yards of the Month in SH, CV, and CVM. These final three will be the winners of each neighborhood’s “October Yard of the Month” (See below). The winner will be selected via online public vote and announced at the November First Friday.
