Trick or Treat along your favorite streets, decide which home has the best decorations, then meet up at the corner of Gennessee and DeSoto to for more candy for the kids and beverages for the adults.
DeSoto Ave Between Allene & ? will be closed for this event to make it enjoyable for everyone to gather.
