Capitol View Block Captains
Block Captains keep Capitol View neighbors engaged with each other and serve as a link between each street’s residents and the CVNA Board.
What They Do
- Help build community on each block
- Welcome new neighbors
- Share neighborhood updates and events
- Plan annual event for their block
- Flag minor issues or needs as needed

Meetings
Block Captains meet in-person the first Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. ET, at a rotating location, to share updates, coordinate communication, and stay connected across the neighborhood.
